Before payment
Admissions provides your course fee, applicable GST, delivery charges, payment schedule and written refund terms before you enrol. This website does not collect payments.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Your written enrolment agreement sets the cancellation window, any deductions, treatment of issued hardware and shipping, and refund processing period. Request and read these terms before payment.
Rescheduling
Discuss absence or schedule changes with admissions as early as possible. Availability depends on the cohort timetable and trainer assignment; individual absence does not automatically reschedule a group class.
