Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information is collected through this website, why it is needed, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects only what is needed to respond to you: your name, phone number, email address, educational or professional background, current technical experience, preferred schedule, city, career objective and the programme you are interested in.
The form sends the page you submitted from and an anti-spam timing marker. The timing marker is checked during delivery and is not saved in your enquiry. Our configured Supabase intake does not store your IP address, country or browser user-agent with the enquiry. Hosting providers may keep separate technical access logs.
Supabase manages your verified email account. Institute records can include your linked student profile, enrolment, manually recorded payment references, scholarship answers and results, assignment responses, trainer feedback, attendance, lesson progress and course completion certificates.
How we use it
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them to third parties.
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the guidance you asked for.
- To send the syllabus or programme information you requested.
- To schedule a consultation if you want one.
- To deliver your enrolled course, review your assignments and attendance, assess scholarship applications and issue course completion certificates.
- To improve which programme information we publish, in aggregate and without identifying you.
What we do not collect
- No payment card or banking details — there is no payment gateway on this site.
- No government identifiers.
- No health, religious or political information.
- No precise location — city is sufficient for checking hardware delivery coverage.
Cookies, storage and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party advertising pixels.
Optional first-party analytics count form starts, confirmed enquiry responses and contact-channel clicks. Event payloads contain only known public-page paths, course/form/channel categories and coarse referral sources such as Google, Bing or ChatGPT; names, contact details, form contents, query strings, certificate codes and account tokens are excluded. These events use the website’s Cloudflare Worker observability when enabled, without a cookie or persistent visitor identifier. Hosting access logs are separate.
The browser creates a submission identifier to make retries safe. When Supabase enquiry delivery is enabled, the database keeps a receipt linked to the enquiry and temporary rate counters based on a one-way, server-keyed email hash. No IP address or user-agent is stored with these records. Counters older than one day are removed during the next accepted delivery. The alternative Cloudflare Worker uses temporary in-memory counters.
The administrator demo stores fictional review records in browser local storage. Do not enter real student information there. Real learning-platform sessions use memory on the current page; account tokens are not saved to local storage.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained to respond to your request and manage admissions. Contact the institute to ask about your records or request deletion.
Course and account records support teaching, assessment, payments and certificate verification. Deletion requests are reviewed against operational and applicable recordkeeping requirements; automatic deletion is not currently enabled.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless a legal obligation requires retention.
Who can see it
Authorised institute administrators handling your enquiry. Trainer access to enquiry records is not enabled in the first admin release. Enquiry content is not exposed publicly and is not displayed anywhere on this website.
Learners can access their own platform records. Assigned trainers can access their cohort resources, roster, submissions and attendance. Public certificate verification reveals the course, issue date, reference and current status, without the learner name or marks.
Enquiries are delivered through a Supabase Edge Function to the institute's Supabase project, whose database is hosted in Singapore. This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Only authorised administrators can read enquiry records.
Security
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe you have found a problem, please report it through the contact form.
- Submission is sent over HTTPS only.
- Server-side validation and spam protection are applied to every submission.
- Secret keys and private scholarship answer keys are kept outside the browser. The Supabase publishable key is public configuration; database policies restrict which records a signed-in account can access.
- Access to the delivery destination is restricted to the site owner.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, request correction, or ask for deletion. Use the contact form and state the request; we will respond within a reasonable period.
You may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time by replying to any message from us.
Children
This site is aimed at adults and final-year engineering students. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting personal details.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
